“In accordance with the SEBI circular No.: SEBI/HO/IMD/DF1/CIR/P/2020/26 dated February 13, 2020, distributors/referral agents of portfolio management schemes ("PMS") are required to disclose the distribution commission earned. ICICI Bank Limited earns commission from referring customers to different PMS. The fees depends on various factors including the quantum invested and share class chosen by the client and may vary from 0.25% to 1.25% of the value of investment."

# "Transfer in" request i.e. change of broker code from other distributors in favor of the ICICI Bank’s broker code is accepted only wherein the ICICI Bank has an agreement/empanelment with the Alternative Investment Funds and Portfolio Management Services (PMS) providers.  The management, operations and performance of any third party products shall at all times be the sole responsibility of the respective third party product provider and the Bank shall not be responsible for the same.

The ICICI Bank would not accept Transfer in request for closed ended funds like Private Equity/ Real Estate / Venture Capital/ Unlisted Equity Funds etc., wherein product providers do not offer any redemption facility to the customers.
